About this blog

2013
I feel like I arrived late to the party. You see, I discovered this whole world of food blogging a year two years ago. Whatever it was that I was looking for opened a new window, and another, and another... the amount of recipes, anecdotes, great photography was life changing.
Now I could clearly see a few things: first of all, I wasn´t the only person out there with never ending piles of magazines and cookbooks. That was really a relief. Second, I finally understood what all this technological progress could do for me.
So I decided to be part of this and started this blog thinking about all the food-related things I want to share. I write it in english though my first language is spanish. Probably because it will reach many more persons around the world.
I also have a spanish cooking blog, this one, but it doesn´t get that much attention from me.
I give credit to all the sources I use for recipes and if I omit something by accident, please let me know.

  4. Aww Paula, so nice meeting you through the comment you left on my site. Love it that you are in Buenis Aires. My son was there his freshman year in high school for soccer and LOVED everything about it. No empanada here in the States, even if made by me, measures up to the ones he had in Argentina! :) Are you on twitter? Am @foodwanderings

  11. Hello beautiful! I've only just discovered your blog and it's just beautiful... honest, inspiring and truly delicious! One of my best friends (and her beautiful family) is from Argentina and I've fallen in love with the warmth and generosity of your culture. My husband and I regularly visit her house for 'asado', cooked by her dad, with chimmichurri and all of the trimmings! They also introduced me to dulce de leche. Oh my gosh. That stuff is addictive!!! I now have a permanent supply at my house, sometimes to be eaten straight from the jar with a spoon! Anyway, I could keep talking about Argentinian delights for ever, but thank you so much for sharing your beautiful recipes and stories. I look forward to reading more of your adventures as time goes on. Mucho gracias!
